We spent a week kitesurfing in this academy between friends. The instrucors were very competent, patient and empathetic. We made huge progress. SKA is one of the best kitesurfing schools I have ever been to. Marco, the manager, is a great teacher and knows very well his job and the local winds. He is supported by other teachers which are friendly and professional as well.

The school provides you with high quality gear and safety measures. Also, you will be always in contact with your teacher or if you ride solo via radio. Very convenient in my opinion.

Last, SKA has the big advantage compared to most other local schools of having a wide space for setting up your kite, get your gear on, shower and chill in the shade.

I came here last October and had a great experience with Sicily Kite Academy!

Marco and the rest of the staff are incredibly friendly, and will follow you for the whole experience. You get the best equipment and the best people! I struggled with water starts for more than I'd like to admit, but here I finally managed to ride upwind! You can also chill at the school between breaks or if there is not enough wind for a session. There's also plenty of space to park if you come by car!

Last week my brother and I had lessons at Marco his school. Het was always in touch with us and present at the school to make sure everything was alright. Our goal was to be independent riders after this week. They were teaching with radio contact so we knew immediately what we had to change to improve. With lots of patience and positive reinforcement, they helped us reach our goal! The instructors were nice and professional, the price is good, they are very flexible, transparant and honest. When we arrived, we were struggling with the water start and after the lessens, we were able to ride upwind and do transitions. I added a few pictures as proof. SKA is located in the area known as Stagnone, one of the best places in the world to learn kitesurfing. Marco employs some of the most qualified instructors, all proficient in English, and top gear from Core.

At Stagnone the season starts in March until late December, spring and autumn are the windiest months, in Summer from June to October we have thermal winds from 12 to 30 knots!
